Saturdays are busy, busy here. And you can see the end result of that. Two tired little pumpkins. 🙂
Autumn. New England. Hiking.
Six-Sentence Sunday #1
A couple of years ago I participated in a link-up called Six-Sentence Sunday where a bunch of writers posted six sentences from a work in progress (WIP) or a new release. I really enjoyed the link-up and reading everyone’s six sentences. As with all good things, the link-up came to an end. So I decided to do my own Six-Sentence Sunday.
My current WIP is a cozy, culinary mystery and the amateur sleuth’s name is Hope.
Hope shrugged. She wasn’t privy to Gilbert Madison’s decision making when it came to hiring a real estate agent. “I’m sure he had his reasons for hiring her. We have a lot of work to get done before Audrey’s garden tour,” Hope said. She wanted to get Vanessa’s focus on work, not
Jefferson’s newest real estate agent. Though, the woman did have everyone talking for one reason or another.
Have a great Sunday!
Hello
Welcome! I’m so happy that you’ve stopped by to visit and check out my new home on the web. Now would be a good time to share a little bit about me and what I’ll be sharing here.
I am currently writing a cozy, culinary mystery.
When I’m not writing, I can be found in the kitchen.
My Shih-Tzus, Susie & Billy are my constant companions.
Billy is 10 years old. He’s a charmer and never seems to have a bad day.
Susie is 11 years old. She is truly a little princess who loves to walk and walk and walk and play tug of war.
Some other facts? I love fashion. My major was Fashion Buying & Merchandising. I love to exercise (really). I enjoy hiking and autumn is my favorite season. I love pizza (New York pizza is my absolute favorite), chocolate chip cookies are my favorite cookies and I heart chocolate cake.
Thanks for stopping by and please feel free to say “hi”.
